All our products come with at least a 1 YEAR FREE WARRANTY against manufacturing defects.
Warranty includes repair or replacement of the defected piece or part. HomeBay service team will asses if the part requires a repair or replacement.
If you need to claim a warranty for a manufacturing defect for an item(s) you received within a year, please email our service department at [email protected] and include your Order # and pictures of the issue. Our service Department will reply within 2 business days with the proposed solution.
We require a minimum of 2 pictures of your product. Please ensure to send the following pictures to prevent delays in your claim processing times:
Clear overall photo of the product (1m far from the product).
Clear Photo of the issue being claimed.
Clear pictures of the entire box and packaging (incase of receiving a damaged product).
All mattresses and boxsprings come with a warranty through their manufacturer. We will assist you with the process required by the manufacturer should a defect in workmanship or materials occur. HomeBay Warranty Does Not cover the following
Normal wear and tear or soiling from everyday use including the accumulation of body perspiration or body oils;
Damage to the product caused by misrepair or if damage occurred as a result of wrong assembly;
Failure to file a claim within 14 days (as this can impact our ability to repair/replace the Product);
Damage to the Product caused by pets;
Product that was/were sold in an open box or As Is conditions where the Invoice does not expressly specify in the “Delivery Comments/Explanation and Reasons” what the damage(s) and/or defect(s) was by reason of which the Product was sold AS-IS;
Seat cushion cores will soften from normal use and have conformed to the shape of the user. This is considered normal wear, and shall not be deemed a material manufacturing defect;
Variations to the appearance of the Product, or of components or features of any nature incorporated into the Product, that are attributable to the natural characteristics of the Product or components;
Product damage caused by chemicals such as but not restricted to paint, bleach, acids or other corrosives;
Factory distressing of the Product for appearance or natural imperfections of the wood such as knots, worm holes and unusual grain patterns;
Normal fading and discoloration howsoever caused including, without limitation, fading and discoloration from sunlight;
Insect or pest infestations and measures for any treatment and control thereof;
Normal wear or stretching of fabrics due to weathering or use, fading, minor discolouration, minor colour variances in the resin or colour variance between replacement parts or pieces;
If the Product cannot be repaired, HomeBay at its option, will offer a settlement and/or replace the Product.
